Called for multiple components on a Monday, agent confirmed all were in stock and available to ship next day. (would be to me on Thursday) (they CA, me MA) next Monday (1 week later) called to find where parts are "We're waiting on a part to arrive so we can complete your order" ...

what? you said all parts were there 1 week ago.....

I'm in the repair business and every time I get involved with one of these west cost morons they never come through all we get is "Hey man...

you should relax a little"... yeah right, working class folks know that pot and food stamps don't give us anything.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
