I ordered a part from their detailed drawing and paid shipping. When I got the part it was not the part I wanted.

I called and the sent me a return Emil with information. They want me to pay shipping to return it. The part was only 9.00 shipping was 8.50, and to return it another 8.50. I don't think so.

Most places would let you return it at their cost if they send the wrong part. I'll shop somewhere else for now on

Can you please give us a call and ask to speak to a manager. We always would issue a return shipping label if we send you the wrong part. Please note, not getting the part you wanted versus not getting the part you ordered could result in different labels being generated.
