I place an order for Mikuni carb. parts, for a 2004 Suzuki GS500F.

Was told parts where in stock and would be shipped in two days. No response from for 7 days, after I had to make contact. Asked about my parts order and was unable to get a answer, left hanging. Received a UPS shipping tracking number, tried to track the number it came up invalid.

Another 7 days pass, BikeBandit claims it had contacted me by E-mail with infor. that parts are on order from manufacturer. And are 3 weeks out from being delivered. If I would have been told this at the start I could have ordered myself from Mikuni.

Or ordered a complete Carb overhaul kit for each carb. In the end it took 3 weeks to get my parts. With the worse communication I have ever experienced in purchasing replacements parts in 35 years.

I will never use them again. Ken A Middleburg,Fl.
