Ordered a replacement Hydrapak bladder and received just fine. Attempted to use and item was clearly defective as tube would not stay connected enough to the bladder to not leak.

Attempted a refund only to be denied since the item is no longer new. I had filled it with water! How else besides filling it with water could I determine it leaked? Also, the packaging was the ridiculously thick plastic that takes heavy-duty scissors to cut through, so I essentially destroyed the packaging to get it open.

Since I didn't save that, the refund was denied. Never order from again.

Monetary Loss: $40.
